Hi, I’m Máté – and here’s how things work.

If you’re working with me, I want you to know exactly what to expect — no surprises, no fine print. Just honest service, clean websites, and clear terms. This page covers everything: payments, refunds, privacy, your website, and my maintenance plan.

Let’s keep it simple.


Services I Offer

I help local businesses — coffee shops, salons, electricians, and more — build websites that actually work.
What I do:

  • Custom website development
  • Branding & graphic design
  • Website maintenance plan ($25/month)

Everything is made by me, by hand. No templates forced. No junk.


Pricing & Payment

For custom websites:

  • 50% deposit to start the project.
  • Final 50% due when your site is ready and you’re happy with it.
  • Accepted payments: Bank transfer, PayPal.

For the Website Maintenance Plan:

  • $25/month, billed monthly.
  • You can cancel anytime. No long-term contracts.

Refund Policy

Because every website I build is custom-made for you, here’s how refunds work:

  • Deposit (50%): Not refundable once work begins. This covers time and setup.
  • Final payment: Not due until you approve the site.
  • Maintenance Plan: No refunds for partial months. But you can cancel anytime — no questions asked.

I don’t do refunds just because someone changes their mind. But I do fix things fast if something’s wrong.


Your Website, Your Rules

When your site is done:

  • You own it. 100%. All files, content, and domain (if you own that too).
  • You can move it, edit it, or hand it to someone else later.
  • I’ll give you access to everything — no lock-in.

This is your online home. I just helped you build it.


Website Maintenance Plan – What’s Included

For $25/month, I keep your site safe, fast, and running smoothly:

  • WordPress, plugin, and theme updates
  • Weekly backups (you’re protected if anything goes wrong)
  • Speed and mobile checks
  • One small content update per month (e.g., new hours, photo, service)
  • Fast support — I reply within 24 hours

Not included:

  • Major redesigns or new features (those are separate projects).

You can pause or cancel anytime.


Privacy – What I Do (and Don’t) Collect

When you contact me (via form, email, or Linktree):

  • I collect: Your name, email, and message.
  • I use it only to reply to you — nothing else.
  • I don’t sell, share, or trade your info. Ever.

I use Google Analytics on my own website to see how people find me — things like what pages they view, where they’re from, and what device they use.

  • No personal data is collected.
  • No tracking beyond basic stats.
  • You can disable cookies in your browser if you prefer.

Fair Use & Limitations

I do my best to keep your site secure and online. But:

  • I can’t guarantee 100% uptime (hosting, internet, and life happen).
  • I’m not liable for business losses due to technical issues.
  • I’ll fix problems fast — usually within 24 hours.

You’re responsible for:

  • Accurate content (text, photos, services).
  • Owning your domain and hosting (I can help set it up, but it’s yours).

This Policy May Change

I might update this page from time to time.

  • Changes go live when posted.
  • They apply to new projects and plans from that point forward.

But the core idea won’t change: I treat you like a human, not a transaction.
